9 December 2018: A customised gift and immersive experience for a luxurious sports anniversary. At the Grand Palais in Paris, the International Fencing Federation celebrates 105 years with a simply unique event. Celebrities such as Uma Thurman and Robbie Williams were among the guests attending. For the occasion we created a feminine and a masculine fragrance as a gift for the guests. The gift was given at the end of a spectacular tunnel specially set up with light effects and an intoxicating fragrance to seal the magic of the evening. From fragrance to packaging, every aspect of the project expressed the utmost customisation and attention to detail. The exceptional zamak cap, painted and lacquered in gold, created from a custom-made mould, reproduced a fencer's helmet. The 5-Touches logo and the Federation coat of arms, printed in hot gold, embellished the bottles exclusively painted for the event. The box, created and custom-designed by us, featured the typical fencers and the “strip,” which evoke the fencing piste. It is the perfumer Dominique Moellhausen, recently awarded the prize for Best Perfumer of the Year by BeautyWorld Middle East, who is responsible for the creation of the two notes. The first note, feminine, amber and musky, where the intriguing notes of rum and dried fruit blend with the sensuality of jasmine and the aroma of cedar wood; the second, aromatic and woody, with hints of lavender and bergamot to soften the heart of patchouli and the decisive character of leather. Two prized fragrances, to imprint an indelible memory of an unforgettable evening.
