This is the preferred solution to ensure a uniform diffusion of the scent within an environment. Thanks to our technology, the fragrance is introduced into the existing air ducting system, without the need for structural interventions.
As an alternative to using the duct system, direct diffusion of the scent into the environment may be used, without going through the ducts. The fragrance can be diffused by a stand-alone visible diffuser, or we can hide the diffusion system in the drop ceiling or behind a wall to limit the aesthetic impact.
Portable design device with customisable front cover to scent environments with great flexibility. Plug-in and remotely controlled via App, it is a versatile solution for scenting confined spaces (e.g. corners) and temporary events (e.g. pop-up stores).
With our technology we are also able to scent outdoor environments, to delight passers-by on the sidewalk in front of a boutique, guests of an outdoor event or citizens in an urban environment such as a square or a street with fragrances. The scent can even characterise advertising billboards and public transport shelters, allowing brands to communicate emotionally "out-of-home."

Scent project
Understanding how air is distributed and exchanged within a space is fundamental to designing a good olfactory diffusion system. A careful study of the volumetry and the air treatment system allows us to create the optimal olfactory design to ensure the desired result.

Health and safety
In addition to guaranteeing the safety of the technology and fragrances diffused in compliance with current legislation, we have taken care to verify that there are no risks in prolonged exposure to the scent and that there is compatibility with the products on display.

Installation
Once the diffusion project has been defined and shared with the customer, taking advantage of the air duct system or direct diffusion, our specialised personnel deals with logistics and installation, anywhere in the world.

Maintenance
Routine maintenance consists of periodically checking the system and refilling the fragrance. We plan periodic scheduled interventions thanks to the sensors that monitor the level of the scent. The customer's personnel is never involved in any type of intervention on the diffusion system, nor on the devices or on the scent.

Remote control
The technology can be monitored 24/7 through proprietary remote control software. At any time, we are able to change settings, operating hours, read the air speed in the ducts, adjust the intensity of the scent, as well as check the residual level.
Covid-19 has imposed new hygiene and safety needs and protocols. We have responded with an evolution of our fragrance system that can also be used to sanitise an environment, as well as the air and surfaces, without structural interventions. To offer those who want scenting and sanitising at the same time, in perfect safety.
The olfactory technology is equipped with a flow separator to diffuse a sanitising active ingredient through the existing duct system. The air, surfaces, air conditioning system and all products are sanitised with a remotely controlled protocol.
The active ingredient is non-toxic and can be diffused in the presence of people. Recommended against Covid-19, its bactericidal and virucidal effectiveness is UNI17272 (surfaces) and UNI17141 (air) certified. It is odourless, non-invasive and compatible with the most delicate surfaces. It leaves no residue and does not require cleaning or ventilation at the end of treatment. All its organic components are biodegradable and do not alter the normal biological processes treatment systems.
Laboratory tests carried out in public environments of various volumes and intended use show that, thanks to the protocol, the bacterial load of air, surfaces and air filters is constantly maintained at the lowest level of microbial contamination, consistent with the best indoor air quality.
An accurate remote-controlled reporting system provides a periodic report that outlines the quantity of active ingredient output every hour into the volume covered. We can also constantly monitor effectiveness by periodically taking microbial samples on air, surfaces and air filters. In one week of treatment, the microbial load goes from high levels of contamination to levels close to zero.
Since scent follows air, at Integra Fragrances we are experts in its management and we care about its quality. We have expanded our know-how and equipped our technology to offer our customers a service for monitoring and managing the air quality of their indoor environments, comparing it with outdoor air quality in real time. Thanks to the most sophisticated quality sensors, we are able to detect as many as 14 parameters including:
